Gorey Property Lettings was in operation at Trillium House, Church Street for the past 5 years. We operated on the 1stfloor in an open plan office, we were the 1st office to use the building.
Over the past 12 months we have been searching Gorey for a location to meet our needs taking size, location, foot fall and convenience to our customers into consideration. When we spotted Johns Street commercial premises we knew it was exactly what we were looking for. It had a very large front window and only a few steps from Main Street. It also meant that our clients could park outside the office.
The interior was in a very poor condition so the work began on finding builders and interiors to work with me on achieving a crisp, contemporary, innovative office space. Our themed colour was always going to be orange like our logo.
We wanted to create an office that was different but yet comfortable and something that would make our clients feel that they were with the right agent. We are thrilled with the way it all came together and the internal house design plus our edgy window display has drawn great attention. We receive excellent feedback from the public and once they step inside our office in some way it seems to give them a little lift…
