A standardised Lease Agreement will be drawn up however special conditions can be incorporated if required.

This agreement is then issued to both parties for signing.

Landlord will be furnished with all necessary details in order for them to successfully register their tenant with the RTB.


Organise the closing and the final reading of the Electricity and Gas bills from the out going tenants.

Facilitating the changeover of Electricity and Gas accounts to the incoming new tenants.

Funds Management

Collection of the first month’s rent and deposit prior to signing of the lease agreement.
