Collection of Rent

Standing Order Ensure that a standing order is set up for rent payments prior to tenant moving in.

Late payments Prompt action will be taken in the event of late rent payments.

Legal Notification drafting of all legal notification as a result of rent arrears, in compliance with RTB legislation.

Inspections

A thorough inspection of your property will be carried out approx 3 months after initial lease commencement.

Moving forward, each and every year, periodic inspections are carried out to ensure the property is well maintained.

In the event of an unsatisfactory inspection a report including photographs wil be furnished to the landlord.

Inventory

We compile an inventory list to include Furniture and Fittings for inclusion in the lease agreement

On move out we will visit the property and cross check the inventory against the original list

At the end of tenancy we will carry out an inventory review and discuss with landlord any items that need to be repaired or replaced.

Point of contact

As a property management client we act as the first point of contact on all issues with tenants.

We have an excellent rapport with our clients which we believe is essential to keep lines of communication open.

Prompt action will be taken on all concerns that may arise throughout the tenancy.

Maintenance

An emergency contact number is provided to all our tenants in the event of a serious issue outside of office hours.

Over the years we have compiled a list of efficient workmen that work with us on a daily basis.

We can provide a full renovationservice including painting, carpet fit out and garden works.
